AJ at this AAMCO location was extremely professional and detailed in our dealings with our transmission issue. He called when he said he would and work was completed in a very expedited manner....probably 2-3 days earlier than we expected. A little pricey for a $5K+ transmission repair but I guess that's what a things are these days! Highly recommend!
If you ever have a transmission emergency, this is the place to go. I have a 2016 Tahoe with 150,000 miles that was slipping. AJ greeted me at the door heard my story, the parts arrived on a Friday ,and Tuesday I was out the door with a new transmission, perfectly installed, it shifts like butter. Also, keep in mind they're off Saturday and Sunday. 3 days total, this place is legit. Ask for AJ or Roy, and your transmission Emergency will be in the past and you can get back to business. Contacted AAMCO on Asbury Ave in Asbury Park this past Friday afternoon regarding an air conditioning recharge service. I was able to bring the vehicle to them within the hour and they completed the recharge, evaluated the system, found a leak and supplied a quote for future replacement. The a/c now blows icy cold air and I was extremely happy with the price, turn around time and service. This is a very professional outfit, five stars!!!
