AJ and his team were the ultimate professionals! My vehicle had a transmission issue that needed to be diagnosed. I had the car towed there and AJ told me to go inside while he assisted with the tow on one of those very 17 degrees cold days! A very considerate & helpful gesture! AJ was very clear about the expectations of when I would hear back from him once a diagnosis was confirmed. The transmission failed and I was offered ways to fix it with very fair pricing. I personally decided not to go through with it as it was an almost 20 year old vehicle, but what happened next, I was so impressed with AJ and his shop. I had to get the car towed off the shop property, but was not able to do it until two days later. AJ was more than accommodating to allow the wait time! On the day of the tow, AJ checked on me to make sure I didn't need any help with the removal of my plates on the car, etc. AJ also offered to give me a call when the tow guy came so I can go on about my day and/or sit back in the lobby and watch tv if I wanted to! When I tell you, AJ and his team were the ULTIMATE professionals, considerate, accommodating, understanding, relatable, and respectful, would not be enough to justify it! Thank you AJ for restoring my faith in mechanics & shops again! 5 stars across the board!!!
I was recommended to AAMCO by someone who knows the auto repair space in AP. I have only had great experiences- they get the work done quickly, are SO polite and accommodating and the pricing is fair. Five stars!!!
These guys are absolutely fantastic! When it comes to transmission work, bring your car back to life , the same way Jesus rose from the grave !…trust them they are phenomenal. The customer service is superb they answer every question that you have . You can call them 1000 times , text them another 100 times they will respond with politeness. Aj you are the man!!!!! Thank you guys what a damn journey!!!
AJ is the best. Fast, honest, fair pricing. Always does a great job and manages to fit me in when needed. Highly recommend.
